CUSTOMER SERVICE

Customer service is of utmost importance to us at Aloha Aesthetics. If you are not happy, we need and want to hear about it immediately. We strive to provide excellent service and treatments, so if your experience is ever less than perfect, please tell us so that we can make it right.

APPOINTMENTS

Wether you are a new customer or a returning guest, a credit card is required to reserve appointments. We ask that you arrive five minutes prior to your appointment to ensure the service can be completed within the time allotted.  We also ask that you check out the Aloha Aesthetics website prior to your appointment for tips and general helpful information about your appointment – particularly Brazilian Waxing, Lash Extensions and Spray Tans.

CANCELLATIONS

Waxing/Spray Tanning Services:

We understand that life happens, but we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice before you cancel your appointment so we may open your time slot to other clientele.  If for some reason you cancel within the 24 hours of your appointment and we are unable to refill your time slot, you will be subject to a 50% charge of the full service amount.

Lash Extensions Services:

Due to the time sensitive and customized nature of our services, time has been specifically reserved for your appointment. We require at least 48 hours notice to cancel any appointment to avoid 50% of the service being charged since we are rarely able to fill a session unless notified in advance. “No Show” appointments will be charged in full to the card number in which the appointment was held.

NO SHOWS

Waxing/Spray Tanning Services:

In the unfortunate event of a no-show, you will be responsible for 80% of your service total or if paying by voucher or series credit, the credit will be forfeited. If you are a repeat offender, you will be restricted from booking future appointments. Remember, there were other clients who would have liked the time slot you reserved.

Lash Extension Services:

In the unfortunate event of a no-show, you will be responsible for 100% of your service total. If you are a repeat offender, you will be restricted from booking future appointments. Remember, there were other clients who would have liked the time slot you reserved.

LATE ARRIVALS

Waxing/Spray tanning Services:

Please keep in mind that we schedule appointments in 15-30 minute increments, therefore, if you do find yourself running more then 2 to 3 minutes behind, please give us a call. We will try our best (no promises) to fit you in, otherwise we may have to ask you to reschedule, depending on following appointments.

Lash Extension Service:

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to allow stress-free check in. Late arrivals will be subject to abbreviated service time and you may have to forfeit your appointment which is subject to a cancellation fee. We will make every effort to give you time if you arrive late, but will not allow it to interfere with the next client’s appointment.

WALK INS

We do accept walk-ins, but only for quick treatments such as underarms and lip waxes.

PAYMENT

We gladly accept cash, Debit Cards, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa and Aloha Aesthetics Gift Cards.  We do NOT take checks.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage of personal articles. We recommend that you leave your valuables at home.

PRODUCT RETURNS

We are happy to exchange or return unopened products purchased at Aloha Aesthetics with the original receipt.  Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange opened products.
